On OnlyFans these words are marketing tags creators pick for themselves. Trans, transgender, TS and tgirl are near-synonyms for trans women creators; femboy describes feminine-presenting creators who may not be trans; ladyboy is used by many Thai and Filipino creators for themselves. Older slurs still appear in search volume, but almost no creator uses them for their own page, so we do not use them as headings.

Trans / transgender / TS / tgirl

Four ways of saying the same thing. 'Trans' and 'transgender' are the plain terms; 'TS' (transsexual) and 'tgirl' survive as compact, search-friendly tags — 'TS Latina', 'your favourite tgirl'. In the OnlyFinder index all four resolve to the same trans category, which is why the home list is one ranking rather than four.

Femboy

A presentation and content style: feminine-presenting creators who are usually not trans women, though some are. It is a separate self-tag with its own page here because searchers and creators treat it as its own niche. Femboy creators overlap heavily with the free-page model.

Ladyboy / kathoey

Used by many Thai and Filipino trans creators for their own pages, and by searchers looking for them. It is a distinct self-tag in the index and has its own section. Outside that context the word can read as a slur, which is why we keep it strictly to creators who chose it.

Words we do not use

Two older slurs still carry search volume for this niche. Almost no creator applies them to their own page, they are not tags in the index, and using them as headings would be choosing search traffic over the people being listed. Anyone searching those terms will find the same creators on the trans list.
